Had my second meeting about the job today. The sticking point is benefits....they aren't sure if they can make the post full-time....so they are trying to work it out. Might be a derailment, but I'm praying its not.

Shouldn't they sort that shit out before they make the offer? I'd make sure they weren't looking to include janitorial deals in the position.
I think I surprised them by asking them for benefits. What makes it even worse is that they ASKED me to talk to them about this position. I didn't apply, I was told by the boss at a school function that they wanted me to come on board. I am the only person considered and the only person interviewed. I was kinda shocked that they didn't have the I's corssed and the T's dotted either.
