McMahon to be on Today show Thursday morning on NBC

[Of course there is no specific time for this since the who runs from 7-9am, but I am sure WWE. com will put a report on what he said or maybe even a video. But if you are up during this time maybe you can have it on while getting ready for work and catch him.

"who" whould have been "show". I guess that was my Brent typo of the evening.

Ahh, Brent. How is the old boy?

That Other Site is beginning a countdown on July 1st. The board is back! (Like herpes.)

How do you count down to never?

I caught the show and it was a question--surprise-- about his supposed steroid use. McMahon made it clear that there was no sign Benoit was unstable and that they have a program to test wrestlers frequently and Benoit was tested and cleared in April.

I felt bad for McMahon because one question asked to him was basically how do you live with yourself when you make all t his money and wrestlers are dying often. In so many words.

These are adults and McMahon cannot watch over every wrestler at every second of the day.

What are your thoughts?

I found this today, and it's more of the garbage reporting I'm talking about ...

A summary:

The title of the story is "WWE's Chairman Calls Benoit a 'Monster.'"

However, McMahon's quote is, "There was no way of telling this man was a monster."

There's a scene in "From Dusk Till Dawn" where Harvey Keitel asks George Clooney if he's such a loser that he can't tell when he's won. Clooney gets all pissed, asking, "What did you just call me?" Keitel informs him that he didn't call him anything, he just asked a simple question. "Are you such a loser you can't tell when you've won?"

McMahon's quote was beautifully taken out of the context in which it was said. There's no way of telling that any of us, the Mad Scientific community, are monsters. There, I just called us all monsters too.

Fucking goddamn Emerald Center (our Dawn of Hope) media.
