Ricky Steamboat may die!

Except, not really ... well, I mean, eventually, yeah, but probably no sooner today than yesterday. Well, I mean, yeah, sooner than yesterday, but ... aw, fuck.

On the heels (HAW!) of the beatdown of a variety of wrestling veterans on this week's Raw, Steamboat was admitted to a hospital. Initially citing kayfabe being alive and well, the IWC gave a collective "meh," and, given that a DVD collection of Steamboat's career was released this past Tuesday, it appeared to be a marketing scheme.

Except, news out of Tampa, FL, has it that Ricky Steamboat was admitted to the hospital following a brain aneurysm.

His condition is listed as "stable" by Dave Meltzer, but just in case, buy up those "Ricky Steamboat: Life Story of the Dragon" sets as quick as you can, currently $22.95 at Wal-Mart!
